Study Design details for SD# 4
Reference Details
Study Type: in vitro
Regimen description
This is an example how regiment? or study design (protocol) does not need to be stressor specific. However, in the TG the whole study design/protocol contains not just the experimental protocol but also the prediction model which relates to the AO, not to the KE (i.e. Luc expression as proxy for Nrf2).
Assays measure KEs and studies sometimes measure association/correlation of 2 KEs (i.e. KER) to evaluate likelihood of causality.
